Public Health Information
The NCTSC Planning Committee is committed to keeping our conference participants safe and healthy. To reduce the spread of COVID-19, the conference will follow State of North Carolina policies regarding masks, distancing and sanitation protocols.
Masks are optional at this time and will be provided by request at the registration desk. Participants are also encouraged to use hand sanitizer stations around the Convention Center and to physically distance according to your vaccination status and personal preference.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends wearing a mask when in indoor public settings — even if you are vaccinated — if you live in an area with high or substantial levels of COVID-19 transmission. Some conference participants will travel from high risk counties, so be sure to check your NC County COVID-19 Community Level before you arrive and follow recommended precautions to protect yourself and fellow attendees.
