Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own hotel rooms. Please keep the following in mind:

• Booking Deadlines & Discount Codes: Be sure to book your room early, as the discounted conference block has a limited number of rooms and a strict booking deadline. To get the special rate, use the provided booking link.
• Payment & Incidentals: The hotel will require a credit card for the room charges and a pre-authorization for any incidental costs (like room service or mini-bar items). Please be prepared to provide a credit card upon check-in.
• Cancellation Policies: We highly recommend you review the hotel’s cancellation policy before you book. Policies vary and some reservations may be non-refundable.

Attendees staying at the Embassy Suites or Marriott will park in hotel lots and pay for parking through their hotel booking.

Attendees who are not staying in a conference hotel can use one of the public parking decks adjacent to the Benton Convention Center.
